Custom lapel pin FAQs
Answers to common questions about artwork, ordering, timing, and delivery.
How do I get a price?
Send the quantity, approximate size, artwork or idea, and the date you need the pins. Add any finish, attachment, and packaging preferences. Your estimate will reflect the project details.
What is the minimum order?
Minimum quantities depend on the design and production method. Enter your target quantity so the available options can be checked.
How long does production take?
Allow 14–21 business days after proof approval. The production period begins after you approve the proof. Include your required in-hand date so pickup or shipping can be confirmed with your estimate.
Will I see a proof?
A digital proof is provided for approval before production. Check the spelling, size, shape, colors, finish, attachment, and any design variations.
What if I do not have finished artwork?
Send your sketch, logo, reference image, or a description of your idea. Include the help you need so artwork preparation can be discussed with the estimate.
How do I send artwork?
Include an artwork link in your request, or attach your PDF, AI, EPS, JPG, or PNG to the email before sending it. The website does not upload files.
Can you quote several quantities or versions?
Yes. Put the alternate quantities and any design-by-design breakdown in Project details. For service pins, list every service year and its quantity.
Are attachments and packaging available?
Include your preference for a butterfly clutch, rubber clutch, locking clutch, screw back, or another attachment. Individual bags, backing cards, and presentation boxes can be included in the estimate.
Can I arrange pickup or shipping?
Request pickup at 1249 N. Clybourn Ave., Chicago, IL 60610, or include the shipping destination. Pickup and delivery arrangements are confirmed with the order.
Does submitting an estimate request place an order?
No. Preparing a request creates an email draft. Send that email to orders@minutemanpresslapelpins.com to request an estimate. Pricing, artwork, and production details are confirmed before an order moves into production.
Have an idea? Let’s make it a pin.
Send your quantity, artwork, and deadline to the team.
